G7 Bridge for G7x GPS and Satellite Communication
3G connected wireless gas detector with live lone worker monitoring.
The G7x from Blackline Safety is a wireless personal safety and lone worker monitoring device that connects workers to live monitoring using 3G cellular and the Iridium satellite networks. Connectivity is complemented by two-way text messaging, providing critical insights on G7x’s brilliant LCD screen in the event of an emergency. Devices automatically check on your workers and call for help, even when the employee can’t. Situational awareness enabels the teams to respond with all the information necessary for optimised rescues in hazardous environments.
Should the G7x detect a fall, no-motion, gas exposure or missed check-in, the assisted-GPS capability guides responders directly to the effected remote worker's location. All safety incidents are communicated to the live monitoring portal and first responders will be dispatched to the employee’s exact location or trigger scalable evacuations in real-time when required.
Leveraging the G7 Bridge portable satellite and 3G base station, the G7x will switch seamlessly between cellular (when available) and satellite connectivity. The G7x communicates with the G7 Bridge via an industrial-quality 900 MHz radio link from up to 2 km away allowing the G7 Loner Bridge to communicate with the Blackline Safety Australia Network and monitoring teams using 3G or satellite connections.
A clear line of site is required for the G7 Loner Bridge for GPS / Satellite connection. It is fully weather proof (ensure after charging tha the the rubber stopper is covering the charging connectors) and transportable allowing it to be moved from one area to another for connectivity to the G7x.
